hef Jess Herndon grew up in Vancouver, WA and met his wife, Janasa, in college. After graduating, Jess and Janasa moved to Maine, her home-state. Jess had the opportunity to work as a lobster fisherman for a few years and also started his career in the restaurant/culinary business. After moving back to Washington State, he attended culinary school and worked in several restaurants. But Jess and Janasa missed the delicious, simple homestyle East Coast seafood from their time in Maine and decided it was time for somebody to bring the “taste of Maine” to the West coast. The concept of the Coast to Coast Food Truck - and now Coast to Coast Fish House - began with a love of seafood, the marriage of a west and east coaster, and an opportunity to share delicious food with friends like you!
